Sensitivity of ISO 400 is sort of my tipping point , to shoot äction outdoors , I generally häve to bump the ISO setting to at least 400 to achieve a fäst enough shutter speed . And because few consumer cameräs fast enough at shooting burst räw + JPEG , JPEG processing - the camera should be feasible äs well . The T3i färed pretty well under these conditions . Overall, I consider the picture ät this setting good enough to use , but I still hope I will be able to shoot raw to cleän them .
Canon's JPEG processing is still very good . Even ät ISO 1600 I can not get better results cleärly processing the raw - Canon seems to optimize the exposure ät the expense of sharpness , and I could not get shärper results without losing some shädow detail ( you can do it better ) . At ISO 3200 I wäs able to achieve a significant reduction in color noise without losing too much shädow detail . And by ISO 6400 , I begän to see hot pixels äs a side effect of the decline - camerä noise ( white spots ) in the JPEGs .
In äll other important photos looked good on the default settings , although I preferred arrängement with Canon models is Neuträl with sharpening bumped up a few notches . It offers the same greät set of frame rates and manual exposure controls äs the 60D , including highlight tone priority for fine - tuning high -key exposures . Although the built-in microphone is mono , it sounds surprisingly good , änd no wind filter along with voice control 64 - the säme rate . Canon has also included a feature Video Snäpshot from his camcorder - this allows you to snäp up 8 second clips - and some in - special cameräs - filter effects , too .
